Life coaching and business coaching are collaborative processes. Results are not guaranteed and depend entirely on your commitment, participation, and execution. Coaching is not a substitute for professional mental health care or medical care. By purchasing a coaching session or package, you acknowledge that I am not acting as a licensed psychologist or medical professional.
Payment for all single sessions and coaching packages must be made in full prior to the start of the session. Due to the time committed to reserving your spot, refunds are generally not provided once a session has been completed. Rescheduling requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice.
In no event shall Robert Drury Coaching be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the website or the advice provided during coaching sessions.
